How do place an order?

It's easy: Select the products you want, add them to your shopping cart, and follow the checkout process. You wil then receive an order confirmation via email.

Can I change or cancel my order later?

As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, please feel free to contact us. We will try to process changes or cancellations as quickly as possible.

How logn does shipping take?

The delivery time ist usually:
  • Germany: 3–4 business days 
  • EU countries: 4–7 business days 

Which shipping service provider is used?

We ship with DHL or Deutsche Post – depending on the size and weight of the order.

Is there a minimum order value or shipping costs?

  • Sipping within Germany: € 4.50 
  • Orders over €75: Free shipping (DE)
  • EU countries: from €7.90 (You can find details on our „Shipping & Delivery“ page)

Are the belt buckles interchangeable?

Yes! All of our belts are equipped with an interchangeable mechanism. Check the product description - it will state that the buckle is interchaneable.

Can I order belts in my desired lengths?

Our belts are available in various lengths. Alternatively, we offer shortenable versions for some models. You can find information in the product description.

Do you offer personalized belt buckles?

Yes, we offer laser engraving or custom made designs for selcted models. Please contact us for more information.

Can I return items if I don't like them?

Of course! You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods. Please ensure that the items are unworn and show no signs of wear.

How do I return them?

Email us with your order number or return the items using the return form from the order confirmation. The return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer, unless there is an error on our part.
